The apartment is available ASAP. I live in the Colonnade apartments just by I40. You would get the larger room with attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Apartment is furnished except your room but if you need to store some stuff there is a storage closet on the balcony. There is a fireplace and washer/dryer in unit. Hey all! Roommate is moving out and I need someone to sublease the room till July. Rent is around 900 including fees and water/sewer. I currently live in Hermitage, just a mile away from I40. I’m typically the kind of roommate that sticks to themselves when they get home. I am a bit socially awkward, and my social battery doesn’t hold much of a charge. I typically keep to myself in my room, but sometimes I’ll come into the living room to play some games with my headphones on, or do some WFH. I keep the common areas clean, but my room is a different story.
