Centrally located Melbourne home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, fast food, and Super Walmart. The room is the master BR with a big closet and private bathroom. The living room is unused by roommates. There is a small Shiba Inu who loves everyone. Big fenced backyard. A washer and dryer are available. The remodeled kitchen is available to use.

Roommate #1 is a Realtor and works 1/2 time at home in a private office. Roomate#2 is a painter that works from 7am-5pm M-F and spends almost all of his home time in his room. Both roommates are very quiet. Visitors rarely come to the house.
