Old Coburg Road

I am helping my roommate find a new roommate because I am leaving. The complex is immaculate and located in a good part of town. I had absolutely zero issues in the year and a half I lived there. My roommate was amazing! The room is in great shape too.

I am a 42 yo female who likes a tidy space and a peaceful environment to come home to. I am very easy to get along with. I’ve lived with many different personalities, of different ages and walks of life, starting with a house full of siblings and extras as a kid. I need good communication and respect and give nothing short of the same. I have a small business that I love and feeds my soul. I am a loner. I spend much of my spare time exploring the outdoors with my dog. She is a sweet 9 yo, petite at 40 lbs, spayed, basenji mix who thinks everyone is her best friend. She especially adores children. She does not beg lol. She does like to give her roommates a brief greeting when they arrive home, but quickly makes her way back to me. My apt complex was built just 5 yr ago. It has been very quiet and 100% drama free for the entirety of the 2 yrs I’ve resided here.
