Northeast 67th Avenue

I just want to start off with saying how much I love living here. The house has a nice back yard, private back patio and rear entrance in addition to the front entrance.

I have laundry machines on site in the basement, which is a pretty large space used mostly for storage. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, between two major bus lines that go up and down Burnside and Glisan, 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive to all restaurants and bars in the Montavilla neighborhood, and we’re also only 2 blocks away from Fred Meyer and Petco on Glisan.

I have the room ready for rent by March 1st, but depending on circumstances I may be ready to rent it earlier in February sometime.

My name’s Matt, I’m 32 and I work pretty much a 9-5 in transportation and logistics. I’ve lived here with my cat for just over two years. My cat is very sweet and indoor only. His litterbox is in the basement and is out of sight. So, bonus if you like cats! 😺 But if you’re allergic or just generally don’t like them around, I’m afraid this space may not be for you. Ideally I’d like to find someone within my age demographic to enjoy the home and good times with. I’m a clean person. I love cooking at home and always clean up after myself. I’m also all about keeping common areas kept together and clean. I’ve been living with roommates for the past 10 years and am an open communicator, understanding, and functional person to live with. During the week, I value my downtime off work and enjoy spending time in my back yard, or having a glass of wine watching a movie with my cat. During the weekend, I enjoy spending time with my friends, most typically out and away from the house. Every so often I go out of town to the coast or on camping trips with friends and I’m gone all weekend.
