Would prefer an open housing arrangement where living room spaces can be shared, but not required. —Indoor dog, outdoor cats, and aquarium fish —shared spaces and house is kept clean and orderly —access to car lift under owner’s supervision only —- outdoor fire pit —-central hvac —utility bills split 50/50 —laundry machines available —internet and utility approx. $160/mo, evidence of bills available —pictures showing house under normal conditions —way more to offer than an expensive apartment

Owner is a 37 y.o. veteran male who likes golf, fishing, doing his own home and car maintenance, outdoors, and hanging out. —-Roommates need to be honest, respectful, courteous —-Shared spaces need to be regularly maintained and dirty dishes must not be left out overnight. —-Couples are not a problem —A person respectful of pets is a must. Indoor dog is friendly. Preferably someone who can help feed and water the dog if owner needs help (unlikely, but would be nice to have help if needed) —Must be good natured and respectful of neighbors —Guests and get togethers are allowed, but no late night parties unless approved by owner in advance. As long as not a disturbance, probably not an issue. —-length of stay is negotiable
