I am looking for a roommate to sublet the second bedroom in my apartment. It is a small bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located in Beacon Hill. The ideal subletter would be from September 1st through the whole year, but if you would need to start the lease at any point later (within 2-3 months of September), that could also work for me. The rent would be 1250/month not including utilities. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and does not have parking. The location is truly one of the best as you are a 10-minute walk to the commons and another 10-minute walk to the Charles. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The room is currently furnished but will be empty for your arrival (though if you would like some of the stuff such as a bed/frame/dresser that could likely be arranged). Also not sure why the photos came out so dark, but the room is not as dark as it seems and does get natural light. The apartment is small as well as the room, but for the location, it is a pretty good deal.

I am a 23-year-old law student and will be entering my second year at a law school in Boston. I am originally from the Bay Area, CA but I went to undergrad at Ithaca College in upstate NY. I tend to be a pretty clean person and am looking for a roommate to match that. I am a leftist and am LGBT+ friendly and have a strong preference for someone with similar views. I would prefer a male-identifying roommate but am open to all options depending on compatibility. I tend to try and be social on weekends, but most weekdays after I finish classes and studying you can likely find me hanging out on the couch watching something, reading a book, playing switch, or something of that sort.
