Seeking a roommate for third bedroom in a clean, recently renovated townhouse in the Cherry Creek II Townhomes neighborhood near Greenwood Village. Private bedroom with large closet and ceiling fan; private parking space; in-unit laundry; access to complex gym and clubhouse year-round and pool in the summer; large living room and kitchen; shared bathroom with one other roommate. Bike access to Denver Tech Center and Dayton Light Rail station, and only two minutes from I-25 for quick access to the mountains on your days off. Utilities not included with rent - usually around $75/month split between the three of us! Owner lives in the house, so repairs take a priority; we keep a quiet, clean house between the three of us. Hoping you help keep common spaces tidy, have a regular and reliable work situation, and are just looking for a chill place to hang your hat (or climbing harness or skis) at night.

Alec is 28. A yoga instructor, avid rock climber and skier, and pretty good cook! Jordan is 23, a flight instructor training to become a commercial pilot. Both are clean, good company, and in bed by 10 :)
