This bedroom is decorated in an Old World Tuscan style with fresh paint, a full size adjustable bed and new mattress with top of the line bedding. The room includes a large dresser, nightstand, tall bookcase, ceiling fan, designer drapes, full-length mirrored closet doors, TV/DVD with over 200 available channels.

You’ll have access to the entire house including, the kitchen, large capacity front load washer and dryer, semi-private bathroom, home theater system and a fenced backyard on a 1/3 acre property.

The rent includes: all utilities, (internet, water, electric, trash.) The high-speed internet offers wired or wireless internet access and available throughout the house. All paper products, (TP/Paper towels) and Natural cleaning products are provided, as part of the rent. (Personal Hygiene soap, shampoo and toothpaste excluded).

Within the community there are two parks that include outdoor basketball and tennis courts and playgrounds for kids.

I am looking for a neat, clean, drama free and responsible tenant, age, race, gender, or sexual orientation is of no importance to me.

I have a small cat friendly service dog and I will allow a small dog or cat for an additional $35.00 per month, plus an additional pet deposit.

What you’ll need to move in is first, one month security and a $150.00 pet deposit (if applicable.) This is a Month to Month rental, so all you need is 30 Days notice to move on.

A credit or background check may be required and paid by homeowner.
