Two single rooms available with shared bathroom for $1,150. The townhouse is two stories, we have a patio and an in-unit washer and dryer. We have two parking spots included and there is a lot of street parking as well. We are right across from a small plaza that has a Smart & Final, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, Starbucks, as well as a newly opened gym. Property is central as we are in Tierra Santa. We are located next to the 15 freeway and about 3 minutes from the 8. Pretty good community with 0 complaints about neighbors.

I currently work from home M-F. When I’m not working I like to spend my time at the gym or out exploring SD. I like to maintain a clean space, not a clean freak but will pick up after myself. I enjoy cooking and you will see me there a few times. I am open to build a friendship or keep to ourselves.
