I’m a professional in the publishing industry (male) who is neat, considerate, creative, and friendly. I have a good community of friends in the neighborhood, most of whom I’ve been roommates with here. None of us want to leave Ditmas Park! I have a good relationship with the building management and live-in super, and they are great about responding to any requests.
