Hello! My partner and I (mid-20s) have a 2 bed/2 bath flat in Lone Mountain, a block over from USF and we are looking to sublet the other room/bathroom! You would get your own Bedroom/closet/bathroom & shared living room & kitchen. There is street parking and laundry downstairs (we are on the 2nd floor). Rent is approximately $1,947 with garbage & water included. The location is right by Trader Joes, Target, a few blocks over from Clement Street & Haight. Very safe and bright location! I am a working professional at a global tech company and my partner is finishing their studies at USF. We are both half asian and love to cook a lot. We enjoy sharing our food and trying new things. We are avid travelers and like to take long trips to visit our family abroad. When we are home we mostly like to just destress & unwind from our busy lives outside.
