Hello, I’m looking for a roommate for my 3 bed 2 bath house. House was renovated a few months ago. You’ll have a private bedroom with an ensuite jack and jill bathroom that is shared with one other person. The house has central AC and heating, washer, dryer, a spacious backyard, and parking space. Parking is available on the driveway. Smoking is not allowed. Rent price includes all utilities and security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please message if you have any questions.

I work from home and have one current renter who mostly works in an office. I try to cook meals at home. We’re both fairly quiet and keep to ourselves.
