Hello, I’m looking for someone to rent a room at my 3 bed 2 bath house. You will be sharing the house with two females and a cat. You’ll have a private bedroom with an ensuite jack and jill bathroom that is shared with one other person. The house has central AC and heating, washer, dryer, a spacious backyard, and parking. Smoking and drugs are not allowed. Rent includes all utilities and security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please message if you have any questions.

I work from home and have one current renter who is in school full time. We cook a lot of meals at home. We’re both fairly quiet and keep to ourselves.
