Semi-private BATHROOM, shared with another female who is rarely home. Ample storage space. Medium BEDROOM (12x14) is furnished with a full-sized bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a desk (optional), sofa chair (optional), and linen. Home is furnished and kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans and all the extras. If desired, tenant is free to bring their own dishes and store them in the designated pantry space. Tenant will have their own fridge. No Pets Allowed.
