2 rooms for you if you want them both them both. The room is 13 x 10. Unfurnished or furnished up to you.
Shared spaces are the kitchen,the dining room, the laundry room, large fenced back yard, large back deck, basement storage and garage. Your car needs to be parked in the garage. You also welcome to use the treadmill.
I have an older friendly dog and an indoor cat.
I am older and travel out of town and abroad a few times per year.

No other roomies besides me. I am an older retired management professional, easy going, open minded. I do not smoke and this house is smoke free. You can smoke on the deck.
