About the room

Townhouse room in the Starr Pass area available in late September. Rent is $1400 so spilt would be $700. That’s not including utilities: gas, electric, and internet. Those utilities will be split which is why I set the rent as $850. Water is included. You would have your own bathroom (with the tub). Washer & dryer included.

About the roomies

Work from home on Thursday’s and Friday’s, 8-5. Very clean & keep to myself, but occasionally hang out with current roommate for errands, dinner, and outings.
