(furnished if needed) Beautiful renovated apartment with wood laminate flooring, marble counter tops, white cabinets with black hardware and stainless steel smart appliances, bathrooms with LED lit mirrors and lots of storage. We also have our own very big and brand new smart washer and dryer. This apartment comes with a garage as well as a spacious private patio and very open concept living room/kitchen. We have a beautiful gym with everything you could possibly need as well as grills all throughout the complex, two pools with many games such as a pool table, foosball table, shuffle board, corn hole, and many more. We also have a chill area by our back pool with hammocks and a huge fountain with lots of other seating shaded by beautiful trees as well as a club house and business center stocked with kombucha on tap and cold brew on tap along with hot teas or coffee with all the fixings. There is shuffle board, a pool table, and foosball table in the club house as well or if you ever feel like getting out of the apartment to do some work or study, the business lounge is a great quiet space to do so in. If you have a dog, we also have a gorgeous dog park with agility equipment and grassy areas throughout the complex with waste bags and receptacles provided.

I am a 22 year old woman with a stable job and have been living in this complex for the past year. My brother was my last roommate but since he’s in college, he wants to move to Tempe to be closer to campus. If September is too late of a move in date, I can always move you in sooner. I have a very sweet 10month old cavapoo puppy that is has all his shots, is fixed and potty trained and loves absolutely everyone. He behaves very well with other animals as well if you have any fur babies as well. I usually work nights but my schedule fluctuates. I’m a clean person and very good with communication and haven’t had any issues with past roommates because of good communication. I love going to the gym, hanging out by the pool, doing yoga, artsy things, and spending time with my dog, Cash. I have friends over sometimes but we’re usually down at the pool or playing games somewhere in the complex.
