About the room
My husband and I live in a townhouse and are renting out 1 furnished room. There is a bathroom right outside the bedroom and it is shared with a tenant down the hall. The room is upstairs. We also have 3 Cats and 2 dogs. The living room and kitchen are shared with all. The room has a queen bed a console table, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps and 2 closets. We ask that you be drug free, responsible and respectful and we will all get along just fine. Fyi: It is a month to month lease.
About the roomies
My husband and I reside in the downstairs master bedroom. The other tenant is at the end of the hall upsatirs and shares the bathroom with you. We husband and I work Monday thru Friday typically 8-6. The other tenant does not work and is normally home during the day.
