Quinn's room

This house is in the eastern part of Vegas close amidst a lot of amenities and job opportunities. It is a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs in the master bedroom. The second bathroom is downstairs and is a shared bathroom. There is also a garage with laundry machines in there. The room becoming available is a downstairs room and whoever moves in will be having a shared bathroom situation. The room available is 9.5x9.5ft with an 8ft ceiling and abundant closet space. A bed an desk can easily be fit in the room. Wifi is provided and included in the rent above. As well as gas and electricity. Electricity costs roughly 25 more during the summer due to the severe heat and we like it nice and cool in the house. The kitchen does have a dishwasher but it is not hooked up currently as we handwash dishes. There is a stove, oven, and a fridge/freezer available as well. On the matter of kitchen, monthly groceries are always split three ways usually through the use of Zelle. The house is already furnished for the most part so all that is needed is your own furnishings for the room being moved into. The house does come with a small backyard about the width of the house. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood.

There is going to be room for a 3rd roommate as our current 3rd is being asked to leave soon. The master bedroom upstairs belongs to the current leaser of the home. She handles all the paperwork and rent and bills will be payed to her and then payed to the landlord monthly and on time. The second tenant is myself. I am a man and whoever moves in will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with me. We both like to keep a nice and tidy home. There are 2 very small dogs that are very nice. We are not looking to have anymore pets in the house or children for that matter. We both stay up pretty late but stay quieter around 10pm and are willing to be considerate of anyone’s schedule that would move in. We both have our own transportation as would be expected of whoever moves in as well. We are not your ubers or taxis. We both have jobs and or/schooling to do. We are looking for a polite, clean, and overall just good person to move in. We don’t require perfection.
