We have a master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet available for rent. It’s in Northeast Portland near Glendoveer Golf Course.

The house is a single family, two-story home with a fully fenced backyard. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. 1650 square feet in total. 2 standard rooms on one side of the house and then the master and 4th standard room are on the opposite side.

The house is only 6 years old with all new appliances. Shared access to the driveway and one car garage for parking or storage. There is a shared full size washer/dryer on the same level as the bedrooms. The home has a good sized common space, including powder room, living room, dining room and kitchen, all on the lower floor.

There is one tenant that is the property manager and rents the 2 standard bedrooms on the opposite side of the house and he has been there for many years. He is very respectful, quiet and he also does the landscaping for us. There is one additional tenant renting the room adjacent to the master who has passed background checks and works full time. He has one well behaved doodle.

Garbage is covered by owners, the rest of the utilities are split between tenants.

2 single adult males, both work full time and are responsible and respectful. One has a friendly and house trained doodle. No drugs, no smoking and limited alcohol use.
