4 bed 4.5 bath 3 story townhouse on Stadium Way, walking distance to greek row and campus! Large bedroom and walk in closet plus a private bathroom :) parking is available with a $25 yearly fee. We have one room available, possibly two, starting at the end of the school year.

All roommates all currently juniors and get along really well! We are 21 and 22 and will be graduating next year so we prefer someone who is at least 21! Seniors and grad students are preferred. We have one (possibly two) roomies moving out so we will have at least one room available from June 2024 to May 2025. The lease will have to be signed by January 9th so we’re on the lookout for a new roomie now! We like to keep the common areas very clean and expect everyone to do their part, so we are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and respectful :) I have a cat so if you are allergic, this is not the place for you!
