You’d be living in a very cute neighborhood in Grand Rapids. Walking distance from a pharmacy, multiple shops, restaurants, and bars. It is a nice, fun, and safe location. The house itself is great! Quite spacious, with a big, fenced in backyard and also basement. The room for rent is upstairs along with one of the bathrooms and one other bedroom. Total, the house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. (One full bath on the main floor and the upstairs bathroom has a toilet and tub, but no shower.) Attached to the living room is a cute, window filled study area. Full kitchen on the main floor and a washer and dryer in the basement. Besides your bedroom, the house is fully furnished, but feel free to bring some of your own decor for the shared spaces! The room would be available from mid October through the end of June.

Hi! We are looking for a third roommate to take over a lease and sublease for approximately 9 months in a cozy home in Alger Heights, GR with two college aged girls, one who is a nurse and one is a student at GVSU. It is a three bedroom, two bath house, with a large unfinished basement (great for storage), fenced in backyard, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and office. The bedroom for rent is upstairs and the biggest in the house. There is a single space, detached garage, but enough parking at the house for everyone. We have one male cat, named Sloane. He is very sweet and laid back and gets along well with everyone, including dogs. The neighborhood is cute and safe, walking distance to multiple restaurants/bars, stores, markets, and a pharmacy. We both lead pretty busy lives, but we enjoy hanging out around the house, going out downtown, hosting get-togethers, and watching new shows. Both of us are respectful of fellow roommates time and space, and we enjoy keeping the communal living spaces clean. The room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house is furnished and decorated.
