Walbridge Street

Great location, Great Price in Allston 15 Walbridge St. Apartments I’m looking for a roommate to sign a year lease starting in September. The apartment is in a great location off of the Griggs T stop with lots of bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. It’s perfect for anyone looking for an easy commute to school, either via public transportation or bike. I have been living in this apartment for a couple of years and it’s been awesome. Utilities are not included, but my previous roommate and I were very conscious of turning off the lights/fans/etc that were not in use, and paid under $150/month for wifi, electricity, heat, and water, although rates are subject to change. The apartment is unfurnished, and the downsides are no living room, dishwasher, or air conditioning (you can install one), but it is a good size, and has great windows, and there’s a bus and T stop close by! The apartment is pet-free and non-smoking.

I’m originally from Tewksbury, MA, I moved to Boston to go to school at Boston University and then started working for the university. I love the Allston/Brighton/Brookline neighborhood. When I’m not at work I like to keep fit, and cook, and explore Boston’s cafes and restaurants. I’m easy-going and like to keep things clean.
