There’s also a $150 lease assumption fee for processing the lease assumption. They charge that when the applicant is approved. For the new applicants they need to make 3x the monthly rent and have a credit score of 650+ to be approved. If they have a score of 600-649 they qualify for a cosigner. Any score below 600 will be denied. They also qualify for a cosigner if they don’t make 3x the rent.
