West Stuart Street

I am looking for a someone to sublet my one bedroom and bathroom comes furnished with a spacious and fun common area! Pet friendly apartment! There are lots of ammenities like pool, gym, sauna, etc. There are 4 rooms in this apartment, each with its own bathroom so you don’t have to share your personal space with anyone. There will be an opening in one other room also if you’re looking to move with a friend, two rooms are already filled. I kept my space nice and am just looking for the right person to fill it! I signed early so now there is a wait list for these rooms and they are over $800/month and my lease is cheaper than the other roommates here cus I’ve held my lease longest, so take my lease over instead of signing a new one!

There are two roommates already signed, I live with them currently and they are pretty clean and keep to themselves, they were friends already before they moved here from Denver last year. Both go to CSU. I am wanting to move because one of them recently got a dog I am allergic to.
