Renting room in a 3-2 & 1/2 townhouse in cutler bay. All amenities included. Plenty of parking. Room and bathroom are on second floor. Living room, kitchen and dinning room are downstairs and shared. Room is not furnished. There will be children present 50% of the time. They are 11 & 1 1/2.
About the roomies
I have my daughters every other weekend. But most of the time it’s pretty quiet, I work Monday-fri, 9-6. House stays pretty clean and the eres a washer and dryer inside. I cook pretty frequently and I’m pretty relaxed. I go out occasionally but nothing crazy.
