We have a brand new outdoor summer kitchen which includes a grill, a side burner, a refrigerator and plenty of outdoor seating. If you’d rather just lay out and get a little sun, there are comfortable lounge chairs on the pool deck for you to sit back and relax with the benefit of a fully secure privacy fence around the perimeter and breathtaking sunsets.

We have beautifully furnished rooms available for rent in our pool house at Legacy Park in Davenport, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in a very convenient area, close to shopping, and major roads. It is off USHwy 27 and 2 miles South of I-4 and 1 miles of US 92, 12 minutes to Walt Disney World. We have Publix and Aldi close. Room come fully furnished and include all of your utilities, WiFi, use of the common areas and each room comes equipped with a smart TV
