I am a 29-year-old male healthcare professional looking for only one roommate currently, despite having plenty of room for more. Very laid back and easy to get along with. I currently WFH full-time. Not too many rules, but just respect the house/me, clean up after yourself, and pay rent on time. If you have a pet, they should be house-trained. Just looking for a responsible individual all in all!
