I am a 27-year-old male healthcare professional looking for only one roommate currently despite having plenty of room for more. Very laid back and easy to get along with. My current work schedule has me on 7-day stretches of work followed by 7 days off. Not too many rules but just respect the house/me, clean up after yourself, and pay rent on time. If you have a pet they should be house-trained. Just looking for a responsible individual all-in-all!
