Living on property now is young professional working full time and attending school so rarely home.

Applicant must be gainfully employed, clean, drug free & creditworthy with no criminal background and must have verifiable personal and work/professional references. The room is available NOW. Single occupancy, Parking for one vehicle only. PETS allowed on a case by case, must meet pet and have prior landlord approval, additional pet deposit (non-refundable) required. This rental is for long term.
