Hi! I am looking for a roommate to occupy the lower level room of my 2b2b apartment in the esplanade apt complex, the place is 1,300 sq ft and includes your own bathroom! The room is pretty spacious and clean, the shared living/dining area is furnished, you will get your own storage closet as well outside in the hallway in addition to your rooms closet. There are 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, and BBQ grills. I don’t cook much or watch TV so the main area is vacant most of the time. There is plenty of street parking available and direct access to all the Japan Town shops and events that happen here all the time. Downtown San Jose is a short walk away ~1 mile. Airport is a 5 minute drive.

I am a wfh advisory software engineer, I am pretty quiet and spend most of my time working in my room. I am planning to travel, hike, camp, and frequently visit family out of state. I don’t smoke or vape, and drink very moderately.
