The house is right by CSUSM so perfect for students. Looking for a roommate who will keep the restroom clean weekly due to it being a shared space, kind, respectful, and financial responsible 😊 I’d love to be friends with our new roommate n get to know each other so we’re not strangers in the house 😇 We have to pay for water, garbage, sdge, and wifi which can range from $100-120 per person

All three roommates work with kids! I’m 23 years old and the other two are 24/28. I’m currently finishing my bachelors in child and adolescent development this upcoming spring, I have a boyfriend, and not a SD native! I like to tan at the beach, go try new restaurants, have a GNO at the bars, etc! We all are usually busy with our separate lives but also catch up with each other when we cross paths.
