One bedroom for rent on Davis Mountain.

I have a peaceful house on a dirt road with lots of privacy. It tends to be quiet and the neighbors are friendly. You will be about 5 miles from Main Street, 25 minutes from Dupont and Pisgah. This is the perfect location for someone who enjoys the outdoors!

We will share a bathroom, living, kitchen, laundry room and basement. There’s plenty of space if you want to garden and I’m currently creating a space in the backyard for a fire pit. There’s a screened in porch and a back deck too, lots of space for solo time.

There’s space to walk and trails around the area too.

I’ve got a cat and he generally keeps to himself. He is friendly towards humans but not so much other animals, so no pets please.

I work most days and stay pretty local. On my free time, I paddle, hike, and backpack. I enjoy being outdoors and creating a space that’s peaceful and relaxing.
