Griffin Road

My old roommate just moved to Michigan and her room is empty and available for a new roommate. It is an unfurnished apartment and has it’s own bathroom, closet. Shared area will be living room which I hardly use and kitchen. I ask 700 per month which includes utilities as well

I am a gentle man and I work most of the time. I am very peaceful and quiet and I will keep to myself in my room when I am home. I come out to cook once a week. I do not own any pets and I do not smoke. All I want is a decent roommate. The only rule I have is that we respect each other. I keep to myself, but I do not mind being friends at all.
