Ariane's room

My house is new build in the Plum Creek area. All shared spaces have their main furniture but I’m still in my interior design mode. My home is a 2 story house, almost 1900sqft with no garage but there is a parking pad behind the house for 2 cars and street parking in front of the house is allowed. The house includes all essential appliances and a nice size backyard. The second story has three available unfurnished room, 1 bathroom, and a 2nd living room area. Located 5 minutes from coffee shops, H-E-B, shopping center-Target, Ross, etc. 20min to Austin!

Hi, I’m 23 years old and moved to Texas in April for a job. I work in the tech industry mostly from home but I do sometimes go into the office. I’m open to having a friendship with my roomies but I’m also fine not if that is your preference. I currently have a dog living with me, his name is Shiner and he is a 1.5 yr old black Labrador Retriever. Due to Shiner’s reactivity to other dogs, he struggles to meet other dogs even if he likes them so he can be the only dog in house. At the moment, I have no other roommates so all 3 rooms are open in my home. There will most likely be 3-4 people living here at the same time.
