The house is furnished, spacious and airy with a large foyer, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and an (in progress) office/workspace with a 3-season porch attached to it. There’s extra closets, tons of storage space and free laundry in the basement, a large kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, big claw-foot tub with great water pressure in the bathroom, and a small but nice back yard.

The landlord takes care of landscaping and snow removal, is generally very responsive and takes care of any issues quickly. We’re LGBTQ+, 420, and pet friendly!

Bills are internet, electric and gas and usually run ~$150 per month per person, a little higher in the winter but evens out in the summer. First and last month’s rent to move in, no security deposit.

I’m a 30sF mostly work from home admin. I’m pretty quiet and like to bake and cook occasionally, have a friend or two over for dinner, watch tv or play video games, and travel on random weekends. I’m looking for a housemate who is considerate of shared spaces and pays rent and bills on time.
