North Orange Avenue

Looking for a mid November move in. My building is in the heart of downtown Orlando and is walking distance to anything you want: bars, movie theater or food. It’s less than $900 a month which includes rent, parking, valet trash, water and sewer. It’s the master bedroom in a 2/2 which has its own walk in closet and double sink with a nice glass shower. The complex is called Central Station on Orange and my view is of the court house which is at the front of the building. I’m looking for someone to move in in the next few weeks. I have one female roommate who has a very friendly dog. You can also have one more pet for an additional fee. You would be signing the lease which is good till May with options to renew. I would also like a security deposit of $830 (which is what I paid)
