THE ROOM AND ROOMMATE The roommate will have private bedroom, private bathroom, and private balcony. Your balcony have view to the east to the intracostal canal and ocean as well as to the west to the main pool grass area and the west to the sunset and city view. The last pictures shows the room and the bathroom We will share kitchen, living, dinning room and the other 2 balconies. If you have a car the building rent parking spaces for $77 per month The roommate should be a quiet person and clean person. The roommate should not use drugs and by no means inside the condo

THE APARTMENT: The apartment has 3 balconies plenty of glass doors and fully lighted, even the kitchen. You do not need to turn light during the day. You just enjoy the light and the view from any place in the apartment. The apartment has also washer and dryer inside. The rooms are in the opposite side or each other so we both feel very private. There are 2 orange cats (brother and sister). The cats are very shy and will avoid you. They are Francia’s friends and Francia pet them all day. They do not go into her room unless she invites them.

THE CONDOMINIUM The condominium has 2 social areas. The one in the building has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gazebo…. The social area in front of the building is much larger and has pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and a lot of green areas. The condominium has also a very large and top of the line gym. The condominium is very secure and everybody leaving here must be approved. All doors are operated by FOB or finger print. There is valet packing

CONDITIONS: The association requires all residents to apply and get approved before moving in. The application includes background check. This process takes about 2 weeks. As I am the owner, there is no lease to sign with the association. This is not a short term sharing. Minimum 6 months. If leave earlier without a major reason I will keep deposit. This apartment is not for loud parties. This is for both of us to live and share. You can bring a friend once in a while but this is not for 2 people to live in the room.

I am sharing a 2/2 condo in Aventura. Is a corner apartment with 3 balconies in a top floor with spectacular water (ocean and intra-costal) and west view with great sunsets.

My current roommate Francia is leaving On July 31, so is available August 1st.

I have lived here since 2020 with Francia. I used to own a condo in Sunny Isles and I also share it with roommates since 2005 to 2020. I have had more males than females roommates. Neither female roommate felt ever uncomfortable with me. My last 3 roommates were females Francia, Monica and Libia and they can provide references. I also remember Giovanna, David, Robert, and 2 young Ukranian girls. Most of my roommates have leave with me for several years. I am a 50 year old male with a girlfriend who comes once in a while during the day. I work a lot. I am quiet and clean. I rarely drink and I do not use drugs, so no drugs in the condo.
