Room for rent. Morada neighborhood and property is gated. Shared Jack and Jill restroom with my 8 year old son. Or could have 2 bedrooms and 1 Jack and Jill bathroom (move my sons room) but rent for that would be $1800 for both rooms. All utilities paid along with Wi-Fi. 1 garage stall provided. Access to pool, Gym, pool table and remaining part of home. Home currently getting updates little at a time but everything functioning. Please message for more information and/photos.
