The room is 10 x 11; portable AC is available. Nice queen mattress currently in the room, it can be removed. Jack & Jill bathroom. The complex is super dog friendly with no breed or weight restrictions and has an indoor heated swimming pool, barbeque area, clubhouse with meeting rooms and kitchenettes, Amazon package hub, valet trash removal, gorgeous and very well-maintained, mature landscape fauna with great landscapers keeping it beautiful. The complex is large yet very quiet. One block from Target, four blocks from Freddy’s, and 5 to Trader Joe’s. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Approximately one mile from the Beaverton Transit Center and very close to two bus stops.

I am an artist as is the other housemate. House plants and the outdoor garden are our friends. I am a retired electrician turned kitchen remodel designer, “D” has dreams of being a microbiologist. I am homing my adult child’s two cats so if you want to bring a cat or dog into the mix, a meet and greet is necessary to make sure they all get along.
