About the room
The room is the master bedroom. It has its own small bathroom with a standing shower. Although tenant is welcome to use kitchen for cooking there is a small kitchenette area with storage cabinets, microwave and small refrigerator. ***Please keep in mind that room renovations are being completed. Such as adding baseboards, finishing flooring, adding fan blades, and cleaning. I just wanted to post now so we can begin the process and meet the potential tenants prior to the move in date.
The house: There is a large living room, kitchen and washer/dryer that you are able to use at anytime.
