2 bedrooms and 1 bath available for rent for 1-2 adults in a lovely 4-bedroom 2,100 sq. ft Goleta home. You are a quiet, responsible professional or student(s), grad student preferred. NO PETS. One-year lease; no short-term rentals. Available 9/1/23. No showings before 7/20/23. I am the homeowner (female) and also live in the house. I will need to meet any prospective tenant(s) in person before any lease agreement can be made.

2 people looking for 2 private rooms and shared bath ($2,000/mo, $1,000/mo. per person). This option is available only to two people who already know each other. No couples, please. Limited to 2 renters total.

Rooms can be partially furnished or unfurnished. One room is 14’ x 11’ with 2 large closets. Second room is 10.5’ x 10’ with 1 large closet. Just north of Cathedral Oaks near Fairview in a quiet neighborhood, near shopping, beach, UCSB.

Amenities include wireless internet, central air conditioning, laundry, fenced yard, enclosed front patio, comfortably furnished living room and dining room.

Shared kitchen - this is not a match for someone who wants to do a lot of cooking; also not a match for someone who does a lot of fragrant, high-odor cooking (garlic, onions, curry, etc.) Utilities included. Off-street parking in driveway for 1 car; street parking for second car. If 2 tenants, both need to have their own transportation (car or bike).

Proof of Covid -19 vaccination and boosters, references and background check required. First month’s rent and security deposit in advance. NO PETS, parties, smoking, drugs, or frequent visitors.
