Looking for a roommate for my fully-furnished, 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Solana Beach! Available for move-in August 1st, 6-month lease followed by month-to-month, and the rental price includes all utilities. You will have the master bedroom with connecting bath - the bedroom has a large 3-door closet, space for a dresser/desk and queen sized bedframe+headboard (if needed).

The apartment has a living room, dining room, full-amenity kitchen, large deck/balcony and storage. The complex has a pool, hot tubs, clubhouse, and shared laundry onsite (directly below the apartment (10 second walk). There is plenty of guest parking and a reserved parking spot that we could share. Right across the street is a Vons, Starbucks, HomeGoods and other shops/restaurants! Fletcher’s Cove Beach just one mile down the road! I will not accept pets or cig smoking. I am looking for a like-minded roommate that’s a working professional.

I’m 27 and originally from Pittsburgh, PA - moved here about 5 years ago. I work in Carmel Valley for a biopharma company. I like traveling and staying pretty active (gym, volleyball, hiking) but enjoy rest days as well - going to the beach and pool, cooking, movies, etc. I’m a clean roommate with a reasonable sleep schedule.
