Looking for a roommate for my fully-furnished, 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Solana Beach! Available for move-in immediately, month-to-month sublease, and the rental price includes all utilities. You will have the master bedroom and connecting bath (includes queen sized bed, bedside table and huge closet). The apartment has a living room, dining room, full-amenity kitchen, large deck/balcony and lots of storage. The complex has a pool, hot tubs, clubhouse, and laundry onsite (directly below the apartment (10 second walk). There is plenty of guest parking and a reserved parking spot that we could share. Right across the street is a Vons, Starbucks and other shops/restaurants! Fletcher’s Cove Beach just one mile down the road! I will not accept pets, cig smoking or couples. I am looking for a like-minded roommate in their 20s.

I’m in my 20s and originally from Pittsburgh, PA - moved here about 2 years ago. I work in Carlsbad for a spinal medical device company. I like traveling and staying pretty active (gym, volleyball, hiking) but enjoy rest days as well - going to the beach and pool, cooking, movies, hanging with friends and occasionally go out. I would consider myself a clean roommate with a set routine for sleep (work in progress lol).
