Desired roomate for: 10/9/23 - 3/31/24 lease for a furnished master bedroom in 4/2 house

Looking for a roommate in a safe, quiet, clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Seminole/Largo area for a 5 month lease. There are no other roommates other than me, and I travel a lot so you’ll have the house most of the time to yourself. Looking for someone who has a stable job, is clean, quiet, and respectful of property and isn’t out late at night. Ideally someone who works outside the home.

There is a place for parking one car on the property too and a lovely backyard to enjoy.

Please, no couples, no children, or pets, or playing loud music/tv, parties, etc.

It’s only a 10 minute drive from beautiful Redington Beach!

Christian, non-smoking, non-drinking, clean, quiet female. Works remotely and also travels frequently. There are no other roomies to have to deal with.
