This room is awesome for a couple or single person. The studio now is split between a mother and toddler she has pretty well set up. Makes it feel like a little apartment. Private entrance it’s own bathroom and own parking

The main house is rented out. But this studio is completely private the tenants hardly run into each other. Has its own entrance and parking space. Backyard access and it has a mini patio area.
