Inna's room

Hi all, I am looking for a roommate to join me in the 2bd/2ba apartment that I’m currently renting. My previous roommate moved away, so I’m looking to fill in their spot. The apartment is in a luxury building 2 minutes away from the 2nd Street light rail station in Hoboken. The building also has a free shuttle to the PATH on weekdays. You will have your own bedroom (which is furnished, but you’re free to re-decorate if you’d like) and your own bathroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer, central AC & heating, recently renovated kitchen & a large balcony. There’s a really good gym & sauna + a large covered parking lot attached to the building for an extra fee. There will be no broker fees. This is a month-to-month arrangement.

I am currently occupying the Master bedroom in the apartment. I am 30F, originally from a small country in Europe, but lived here for the past 12 years. I am working in the tech industry - mostly WFH, but I occasionally travel to the city for meetings. I am a very laid back person - always down for a good night in as well as a spontaneous adventure out. I have no pets, but I don’t mind having smaller cuties around. Always try to keep the common areas clean. Ideally, I’d like to get along well with my roommate, but I definitely appreciate having my personal space too.
