Kiya's room

Bedroom, Bathroom, and Laundry are all on the second floor. Bathroom is located off the hallway. Bathroom will only be shared when I have out of town guests, which is rare. Rent includes power, water, trash, internet. Street parking only. Home is located on the Northside of Charlotte near Concord Mills Mall. Furniture in the bedroom pictures will not be in the room.

I’m an educator and in the Army Reserves. I’m clean and organized. I’m respectful and may have company over from time to time. Currently, I’m the only one in the home, but have a larger room for rent as well.
