We are offering a 3 - 6 month temporary rental that is open to long term 12 month rental.
There are 2 furnished bedrooms available with 1 full bath and a loft/living room area. It can be rented as one unit by two people for $1400.00 per month or two individual single occupancy rooms for $800 per month each room. (All utilities included either way). If rented as a single unit then the two renters will get the entire upstairs with two bedrooms, the loft and bathroom. Also, we are offering a discount if rented as a single unit. If rented as two seperate rooms then each room is $800 per month, the bathroom and the loft will be shared. Also, shared access to kitchen and laundry. Park-like acre yard in quiet neighborhood. Smoke-Free house. One parking space in the driveway and one parking spot on the street are included.

Married couple with no children in their 50’s. We are professionals who work from home. 2 indoor-outdoor cats also in residence , very clean, loving and sweet.
