Aurelie's room

I have a one bedroom 10’ x 12’ with a shared bathroom in my house . I live 3 mins away from i-5 near the bus line, Tacoma mall and the military bases. The kitchen, dining room,kitchen and laundry room are shared. There is an option to have the room furnished with twin bed, 32 inch tv and dresser. There is plenty of parking and has a huge backyard and there is room for some storage in the cellar. The room does include Wi-Fi and cable. I’m looking for a single person no couples please.

I have one male roommate that keeps to himself and does have his daughter every once in a while. He more of a night owl Myself I have two dogs and cats. And I work long hours. Pretty laid back . We do clean up after ourselves and help with the household chores.
