Fully decorated and furnished room, closet is 2 feet deep and 5 feet wide with two full shelves with hangers for clothes. There is a dresser in the room with 6 drawers and storage under the full-sized bed. Next to the room is a shared bathroom. Renter also has access to the kitchen and living/dining area of the house, as well as the screened-in patio out back. I live across from a park and very close to shopping/food by Fruitville Rd and I-75.

I am a high school math teacher, tutor, and wood worker. I work 8-4 each day of the week and usually out with friends on weekends either in Sarasota or St. Pete. I do a lot of house projects, so although I may be redecorating or building something often, it will not interfere with the guest bedroom or bathroom for rent.
