I like in a 4 plex studio apartment up Ruby Creek in Naples. A very large property with lots of hiking, sand volleyball court, basketball court and lots of hiking opportunities. There is enough room for another bed but not much room for storage. I’m looking to split rent with someone who doesn’t mind coexisting with very little privacy. I work 6 days a week so I’m only home to sleep and on Sunday’s. Dogs are welcome but they are $50 extra a month. I have a small dog who stays to herself and doesn’t bark.
