I am looking to rent my spare bedroom and private bathroom to someone who is respectful and neat. Must also like dogs and cats. No smoking. 15 minutes from EMU. Van Buren Twp, MI. 2450 sq ft home. Some storage available in unfinished basement. Flexible lease options. Must be ok with background check. First, last and security must be provided one week prior to move in date. All utilities, cable internet, king size bed and TV all included in rental price.
